Join our First Climate Circle – A Safe Space to Listen and Share
As young researchers and professionals working on climate change and sustainability, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or exhausted by the weight of the work we do. We face emotional challenges, frustration, and sometimes even burnout. But the good news is, you don’t have to carry that weight alone.
The members of the SHiFT Young Researchers Community (YRC), in collaboration with One Resilient Earth, are excited to invite you to join our first Climate Circle!
WHAT IS A CLIMATE CIRCLE?
A Climate Circle is a special space designed for sharing, active listening, and creative expression. It’s a place where we, as young researchers and professionals in the climate and sustainability field, can come together to support one another. Here, we’ll find the courage to continue engaging with climate change while also nurturing our emotional well-being. It’s a safe space where the challenges of our work can be explored, and where joy, inspiration, and solidarity are welcome, alongside the more difficult emotions.

For this special launch, we’re thrilled to welcome Laureline Simon, the founder of One Resilient Earth, who will introduce the philosophy behind Climate Circles. The Circle will be facilitated by Barbara Maria Frigione, a member of our SHiFT YRC, who will guide us through the sharing moments and ensure it’s a safe, supportive, and empowering space for all participants.
Let’s take this opportunity to connect, listen, and share with one another. Together we can build the resilience we need to keep moving forward in our climate work—and take care of ourselves along the way. We can’t wait to see you there!
