Please join us on a co-creation meeting to help shape SHiFT’s approach to gender equality, inclusion, and diversity by reflecting, discussing, and designing practical tools together. Our discussion will be guided by three strategic objectives:
- Integration – To ensure the effective integration of gender equality and inclusion across SHiFT’s activities and outputs.
- Shared Understanding – To develop a framework that fosters a common vision of gender equality and inclusion among all SHiFT members.
- Practical Tools – To co-create and apply tools that promote gender equality, inclusion (with particular attention to both young and retired researchers), and respect for diversity in all aspects of our work.
